Who runs this site

lecyclos.com is published by 7745 LLC, owner of Apartment 12 in the Le Cyclos residence, 324 Route des Escalles, 83530 Saint-Raphaël, France. It is a personal site for our family, friends and guests. Contact: lecyclos@gmail.com.

The site is hosted by Namecheap, Inc., Phoenix, Arizona, USA (namecheap.com). Like any web server, it keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser and time) for security and troubleshooting.

Messages you send us

When you use the “Plan a stay” form we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include: dates, number of guests, phone number and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to plan your stay. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

The form is delivered by FormSubmit, which forwards it to our Gmail inbox and sends you an automatic confirmation. FormSubmit asks you to complete a reCAPTCHA check (a Google service) before sending, and says it keeps submissions on its servers for up to 30 days. We keep messages only as long as we need them for your stay, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser, and your approximate location. We don't use it to identify you. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Maps and other services

The area map loads map tiles from France's national mapping agency (IGN Géoplateforme) when you scroll to it, or from OpenStreetMap if IGN is unavailable. “View on map” and “Directions” links open Google Maps. Our fonts and the map software are served from our own server; the Google Analytics script loads from Google.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete anything you've sent us, email lecyclos@gmail.com.
